The Darkness cancela el resto de la gira

Finalmente la banda ha tenido que cancelar la gira de Estados Unidos definitivamente. En un principio, como se dijo, se había pospuesto para enero/febrero del año que viene... pero las cosas no parece que vayan a ir a mejor en un largo tiempo, por lo que la banda ha decidido finalmente cancelar el resto de la gira.

Lo que si nos ha gustado de su anuncio es que se plantean trabajar en un nuevo disco para lanzarlo en la primavera de 2021, y así realizar una gira nueva deade 0, presentando el nuevo disco para finales de 2021.

**COVID19 TOURING UPDATE!** It is with complete devastation that we have to admit defeat. Despite huge efforts from our team in North America, we have been unable to confirm a rescheduled Easter is Cancelled tour. 

We had hoped to reschedule the shows into January and February of 2021, but there is currently little confidence that all of the venues we would normally play will be operational for regular gigs by then, and it is very difficult to imagine a socially distanced Darkness show. We also have to face up to the fact that US visa applications (which take many months to complete) are not currently being processed at all, and that processing may well not be reinstated in time to complete formalities for a January arrival. 

All tickets and VIP upgrades will be refunded from point of sale:

Our hope is that a new album will emerge, Phoenix-like, in Spring and that the situation will have normalised sufficiently for our team to schedule a tour to support that release in early Fall 2021.
